About Pam Ice
Pam Ice is the Practice Administrator of Ice Capital Management, where she oversees day-to-day operations, manages special projects, and supports clients with their questions and service needs. Dedicated to creating an experience built on clarity and care, Pam plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive the support and attention they deserve. She has worked alongside Everett in the financial industry since 2004, helping to uphold Ice Capital Management’s commitment to thoughtful, people-focused service.
Her Journey
Pam graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1993. Before joining Ice Capital Management, she built a diverse professional background that includes work in Human Resources—hiring and recruiting individuals for professional roles—along with experience in Advertising and Marketing and with the National Park Service. Her broad skill set in communication, organization, and client service continues to strengthen the firm’s operations and client experience.
Community Focus
Pam and Everett met at the University of Missouri and were married in 1990. Today, they reside in Cameron, Missouri, where Pam remains deeply engaged in her community. She is an active member of Northern Hills Baptist Church, participates in local economic development initiatives, and serves on the Cameron Regional Medical Center Foundation Board. Pam is also a member and Past-President of the Cameron Area Chamber of Commerce and served on the Cameron R-1 School Board from 2019 to 2026, including time as School Board President. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, visiting family and friends, writing, and gardening. Pam and Everett have three grown children who are building their careers throughout the Midwest.
