Spencer works closely with his father and mentor, Everett Ice, who brings over 20 years of industry experience. Under Everett’s guidance, Spencer has developed a deep understanding of how to craft personalized, adaptable strategies designed to navigate evolving markets. He stays informed on financial trends and investment tools to better support clients as they pursue their financial goals.

His Journey

Spencer earned his Bachelor’s degree from McPherson College before beginning his career as a Marketing Manager at Muscle Car Restorations. In that role, he strengthened his strategic planning, client relations, and problem-solving skills—core strengths that now help him lead clients through the complexities of financial planning.

Community Focus

A proud resident of Cameron, Missouri, Spencer lives with his wife, Bethany. Community involvement is important to him, and he actively serves with First Baptist Church of Cameron as well as the Cameron Rotary Club. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys restoring classic cars—a hobby that sharpens his attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, both of which enhance his work as a financial advisor.
